We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

The use of automated systems or software to extract data from this Website for commercial purposes, (‘screen scraping’) is prohibited without license.

The website www.unistat.com.cy is the official website of UNISTAT. All content of web pages posted by the UNISTAT, including images, graphics, photographs, texts, services and products are property of UNISTAT and are protected by the relevant provisions of Cypriot law, European law and international conventions.

All such rights are reserved by UNISTAT and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by UNISTAT or its licensors. UNISTAT logo is trade mark belonging to UNISTAT LTD. No license or consent is granted to you to use this mark in any way, and you agree not to use this mark or any marks which are colourably similar without the written permission of UNISTAT.


Accessing our site and viewing our products and services does not require any registration.

However, if you decide to buy any product from our website you will need to become a registered user (which is totally free).

To create an account click on Create an Account on the top. Complete the registration form for new members and insert an active email account. The e-mail you will use to register must be valid because all of our communication will be via the e-mail you will enter when you register. Also by clicking login it gives you the option if you are not already a member to sign in, to create a new account. Press continues on the left to create your account.

Note: If you are a business client, select the option “I am a new business customer’’.  After you create your account, within 24 hours or less (valid for working days), your account will be activated and the Sales Account Manager of our Company will contact you for a first acquaintance with Unistat and its products and services.

Note: If you are a home user select the option “I am a new personal customer’’. After you create your account you can proceed to purchase products.

Note: Orders are shipped only within Cyprus (area controlled by the Government of The Republic of Cyprus).

Note: For Overseas Orders within the EU, please send us an email at [email protected] with your Name/Address/Tel. No and  the Products and Quantities you wish to order.  We will then send you a comprehensive quotation including shipping costs and VAT.  If you accept our quotation you will be asked to proceed with the payment via bank transfer.  As soon as you send us the proof of payment via email and we confirm receipt of the payment, we will proceed with the shipment of your order and will send you the link to track your shipment.

By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you won’t use our website in a way that violates any laws or regulations.

We may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

Account and Password

You’re responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You’re also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized the use. You should immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your accounts. We’re not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password.

You can review the personal information you have provided us and make any desired changes to such information, or to the settings, at any time by logging in to your account on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable guidelines or policies.


All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate.  Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in order cancellation.  Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.  If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge.  We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s).  You will not be charged for most orders until the order has shipped unless otherwise agreed.

After you confirm your order we will give you a reference number of your order and details about the products you have ordered. We will send the same information to you in an email confirming receipt of your order (Order acknowledgement). Later we will send you another email to inform you the delivery day of your order (Order Confirmation) and when your order is ready for delivery we will send you via email the invoice in pdf format.

In any case that at your order occurs any issue we will be sent you similar e-mail explaining the issue. Alternatively we will contact you by phone in the number you have given during your registration.

There is no way to disable these updates, the mission of which is a prerequisite for the correct process of your order. These e-mails we ask you to make sure they can get to you and keep it throughout the procedure of our transaction. It is your obligation, if you didn’t get an e-mail, according to the general conditions rule our transaction, to inform us without any delay.

With the reservation of the paragraph entitled “IMPORTANT” above, the acceptance of your order and the creation of a contract between us, will only happen when we send you an email confirming your order (Order Confirmation). This will include details about how your products will be delivered to you. Alternatively, we will have the ability to refuse all or part of your order for any reason, so we will send you an email to inform you.


There are possibilities to have been an error while updating the product price and therefore might show an unusually low or high price. Please if you see such a product, contact us before ordering this product.

UNISTAT cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order is placed.  UNISTAT reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from UNISTAT. UNISTAT may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

All prices and fees in this online shop are in EUR. You have the option to see the prices of the products with or without VAT. The invoice that will be issued will include the VAT. (Except for those customers that have VAT excemption by Cyprus law.)

Prices listed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice.


We list availability information for products sold on our website, on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible if any products in you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products. For products temporarily unavailable you will have the option to ask us to keep them as back order, to be invoiced and delivered after they arrive.
All product offers are valid until stock lasts or until the date indicated that the offer is valid.

Product Information

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more or different information to that displayed on our website. Colours may also differ. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the products before use.

Products Warranty

Legal Warranty

UNISTAT LTD, according to the product warranty legislation of the Republic of Cyprus and the E.U., offers its customers a 2-year limited warranty ‘’LEGAL WARRANTY’’.  The warranty is valid from the date the customer purchased the product.  If the product is replaced, the warranty period will continue for the remainder of the 2-year period.

During the term of warranty, UNISTAT LTD, at its discretion, shall repair or replace free of charge the faulty product.  UNISTAT LTD shall return the repaired product or another product to the buyer in operational condition.  In case of product repair, the faulty part/s shall be replaced.  It is noted that the terms ‘’parts’’ include all parts of the product without any exceptions.

In order for the limited warranty to be in force the buyer is obliged to present the original receipt of the product.

Commercial Warranty (Manufacturer’s Warranty)

On certain products sold by UNISTAT LTD an additional commercial warranty is offered from the product manufacturer.  The commercial guarantee is mentioned on the products’ packaging and/or manual and/or guarantee insert and/or the Company’s online shop, and is subject to the following conditions and/or the conditions mentioned on the product’s packaging and/or manual.

Warranty Limitation

  • The defect was caused because the product was used in a manner contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, the product was exposed to extreme thermal or environmental conditions, humidity, erosion, oxidation, non-authorized alterations or connections, non-authorized opening or repair, repair with the use of non-authorized parts, misuse, inappropriate installation, accident, natural phenomena, food or liquid or other actions beyond the reasonable control of UNISTAT LTD (including, but not limited to, defects in consumable parts, such as batteries which are by nature of limited lifetime) unless the defect is directly caused by defects in materials, designs or human work.
  • The product serial number or the IMEI number have been removed, erased, altered or are impossible to read.
  • The defect was caused by defective network operation.
  • The defect was caused because the product was used or connected to an accessory that is incompatible with the technical features of the device/appliance.
  • The product software needs to be upgraded due to changes in the network parameters or changes in its software by a non-authorized person.
  • The defect is due to a file or program placed on the internal or external memory of the device.
  • The product has not been inspected by the Company’s technical department to verify and confirm the defect of the product.
  • The product was not returned to UNISTAT LTD within thirty (30) days as of the occurrence of the defect during the warranty.
  • All consumables or accessories of a product, e.g. (chargers, batteries, headphones, inks and so on) are covered by a warranty of good functioning under the conditions stated above for a period not exceeding three (3) months.
  • The warranty on some consumer products (ex. office supplies, stationery, paper products and so on) relates to the correct operation of the product based on product’s nature, properties, specifications and product description.
  • For Corporate Customers, only the manufacturer’s warranty applies.

  1. Payment via JCC Gateway

We will never ask for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related with financial data.

All payments are performed by credit card using a secure Gateway checkout page provided by JCC Payment Systems Ltd.

When you are about to pay, you will be redirected to the JCC secure Gateway checkout page, enter your payment details and perform the payment and then redirected back to our website to view your order receipt. All sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All payment methods are applicable for all cities: Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Famagusta and Paphos.

Note: Orders are shipped only within the Republic of Cyprus (area controlled by the Government of The Republic of Cyprus).

Note: If you want the delivery to be made via courier you can write a note during the checkout and our customer service will contact you for more information.

Discount Vouchers

Discount Voucher is valid for products purchase until the date indicated on the voucher. Any restrictions on the products in which the voucher is valid are indicated on the voucher. The voucher cannot be resold or transferred and cannot be exchanged in total or in part for cash. The order can be placed via eshop (www.unistat.com.cy), telephone, email or fax. For orders via eshop enter the code during checkout. For orders via telephone, email, fax, please mention the code of the voucher. The discount voucher should be given to the delivery person upon receipt of the order. Discount Vouchers are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Discount Vouchers are void where prohibited by law.


For next working day delivery and according to the schedule below, orders must be received by 14:30 Monday – Thursday and by 12:00 Friday.

Free Delivery: Deliveries are free of charge at the customer’s premises for orders above €24,99 Inc VAT. Orders below the amount of €24,99 Inc VAT are liable to a delivery fee of €5,00 Inc VAT.

Product Returns

You have the right to return products purchased and ask for replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • In all cases where a proven fault of UNISTAT exists, i.e., UNISTAT sold wrong products or products of poor quality or faulty products (wrong in taking the order, in the pricing, damaged during delivery, in poor packaging, expired, etc.)
  • In all cases where there was a problem / real defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product guarantee.
  • In any case you have the option not to accept the product at the delivery or, as received, return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.  In such cases, the customer assumes the cost of transport for the return.
  • PERSONALISED PRODUCTS: UNISTAT cannot accept returns of personalised products unless the products are faulty. To avoid mistakes we always send the artwork to the customer for proofing and the customer has the responsibility to thoroughly check the artwork for any mistakes before giving his/her final approval. After the final approval is given from the customer the order will proceed for production. If you have made a mistake with your order of personalised products please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our very best to amend it, however, on occasions we will not able to make any changes.
  • UNISTAT cannot accept returns of non-stock products that have been ordered to UNISTAT by the customer, unless they are faulty.

In each and any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, at the state received by the customer, complete and without any damage and in the packaging which the product was originally delivered and in an excellent condition. The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the products as a result from the management of the products other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products. If not returned within 15 days then UNISTAT LTD can decline any return or replacement, except those cases that fall under paragraph “2” of the above.  Moreover, in all cases the product for replacement or repair should be accompanied by copy of all documents accompanying the product to prove the transaction. An item is missing from my order

If an item is missing from your order send us an email at [email protected] or call us on 77 77 77 99 / 22 20 32 32 to find you a solution soon.

  • If the mistake is ours, we take the full responsibility and we will send you the item as soon as possible at no extra charge.
  • If a product is not currently available in our warehouse, we will notify you when you should expect it to be delivered to you. In a case where the arrival of the product will be delayed we can offer you an alternative replacement. If for any reason you don’t want the recommended replacement product, then you will be refunded the value of the product that you originally ordered.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation may be made in the following cases:

If you have completed the online order but the order is not yet shipped you can call at 77 77 77 99 and our Customer Service Team will cancel your order. The full amount of your order will be refunded.

After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.

At Unistat Ltd we always have as first priority to serve our customers in the best possible way. If you have a complaint about your order or our services we highly recommend to contact us and we will do everything possible to address the issue in a satisfactory manner. Our customer complaints procedure has the following goals:

  • To deal with complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively.
  • To ensure that all complaints are handled in a consistent manner throughout.
  • To increase customer satisfaction.
  • To use complaints constructively in the planning and improvement of all services.

Complaints should preferably be in writing, addressed to the CEO and signed by the complainant, complete with address. Telephone and verbal complaints will be entered into the complaints system, but wherever possible, should be confirmed in writing. Anonymous complaints will also be recorded and assessed and action taken where necessary.

Online Dispute Resolution

At Unistat Ltd we always have as first priority to serve our customers in the best possible way. If you have a complaint about your order or our services we highly recommend to contact us and we will do everything possible to address the issue in a satisfactory manner. We are always keen to hear from our customers (especially if you feel we have let you down or fallen short of your expectations). Nevertheless in case that you still feel that your complaint has not received the necessary attention from our side, you have the right to visit the European Online Dispute Resolution platform and use online dispute resolution to reach an out-of-court settlement.

You are hereby informed that in case any dispute arises from any transaction between us for the settlement of which you have sent us a relevant request in writing but no joint agreement has been reached between us, then you have the possibility to take recourse to the Online Dispute Resolution platform on the internet at the following address  http://ec.europa.eu/odr . You may file an application for dispute resolution and then our company shall be contacted by the competent authority at the electronic address  [email protected] . In addition we bring to your knowledge that our Company recognizes, within the context of good faith, the advisory character of the decisions of the Authority that will undertake the matter but is not bound for the enforceability of these decisions.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform)

The ODR platform is a web-based platform developed by the European Commission. Its objective is to help consumers and traders resolve their contractual disputes about online purchases of goods and services out-of-court at a low cost in a simple and fast way.
It allows consumers to submit their disputes online in any of the 23 official languages of the European Union. The ODR platform transmits the disputes only to the quality dispute resolution bodies communicated by Member States.
Member States have to establish a national contact point to provide assistance to users of the ODR platform. The list of these national contact points is available on the ODR platform.
The ODR platform is accessible to consumers and traders since 15 February 2016.
